Ordering & Payment

Please allow 24 hours for your order request to be reviewed and accepted! This gives me time to get in touch with you and confirm your order

Once we have discussed and your order is accepted, you’ll receive an invoice with payment and pickup details.

 

Orders placed within 1 week of pickup may include a “last-minute” fee​​

​

For orders exceeding $150, a 30% deposit (or full payment) is required within 1 week of order approval to secure your date (in the event of a cancellation-please see our cancellation policy).​

 

Payment is currently accepted via cash, check, or Venmo.

  • Cash & Check Payments: ​Customers may drop off their deposit or full payment within 1 week of order approval. The remaining balance (if any) is due at pickup, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Venmo: The remaining balance (if any) is due at pickup

 

 Deposits are applied toward your final balance.

 Unpaid deposit or invoices will result in date cancellation.​

Weddings follow a separate payment schedule. We can discuss when we get in touch!

Allergies and Restricted Diets

I am more than happy to offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergen-aware items. Please just let me know in your order description

Allergy & Disclaimer

All items are made in a home bakery that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten.

Please inform me of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While I take extreme care in preparation, I cannot ever guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Pickup, Delivery, & Shipping

Pickup: Indianapolis, IN (specific location provided after booking)

Delivery: We are happy to deliver within the Indianapolis Metropolitan Area (including Carmel, Noblesville, Brownsburg, Greenwood, etc). Delivery fees are based on distance, so we’ll provide a quote when you place your order. Wedding orders follow the same guidelines, with fees based on distance. But, we’re happy to travel further for your big day — Fort Wayne, Cincinnati, Chicago, and beyond — to make sure your cakes and desserts arrive beautifully and on time.

Shipping: Certain treats, like cookies, can be shipped. Contact us for availability, shipping costs, and estimated delivery timing — we’ll make sure your treats arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.

Disclaimer & Order Satisfaction

We take great care to bake, decorate, and package your order with love. Once items leave our possession, we cannot be held responsible for damage, melting, loss, or delays during transit or delivery.

To help your treats arrive in the best condition:

  • Cakes travel best on flat surfaces, like your car’s floorboard — not on a seat where they might tip.

  • Cookies should be kept out of direct sunlight or heat. (They don't need the fridge or freezer either- they're perfect at room temp!)

Following these tips helps ensure your goodies look and taste as amazing as when they left the kitchen!

Order Preview & Satisfaction:

  • Photos: We’re happy to send a picture of your order before pickup so you can see exactly what to expect.

  • Pickup Satisfaction: If a photo isn’t supplied, customers should check their items at pickup to ensure everything meets their expectations.

​

We take pride in every treat we bake, and we want you to love your order! If you’re disappointed with the look of your order, you must let us know at pickup. If you're disappointed with the quality, or taste of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.

  • While we cannot accept returns of perishable baked goods once they leave the bakery, we will work with you to address any issues and make things right for future orders.​

Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change! To ensure we can serve all our customers fairly, please review our cancellation policy below:

​

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled pickup or delivery for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation costs have already been incurred.

  • No-Shows: Orders not picked up on the scheduled date (and without contacting to arrange a new pickup date) are non-refundable.
